1. About us
Auto Revive UK is a trading name of Revivify Group Ltd, a limited company registered in Scotland under company number SC822807. VAT registered. Contact: 07914 251016 · revivifyltd@gmail.com.
2. Quotations
All quotes are provided free of charge on the basis of the photographs and information you supply. Quotes are valid for 30 days and are fixed unless additional damage is discovered on physical inspection, in which case any revision will be agreed with you before work begins.
3. Booking, access and cancellation
- You must provide a safe, level and legal working area at the address you nominate (driveway, private forecourt or approved workplace car park).
- We require mains power and reasonable access to the vehicle for the agreed duration.
- Bookings cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a call-out fee to cover travel time.
4. Payment
Payment is due in full on completion of works. We accept card and bank transfer only, no cash is handled. A VAT receipt is issued for every job.
5. Workmanship guarantee
All workmanship is covered by a lifetime guarantee for as long as you own the vehicle. The guarantee covers defects arising from our workmanship, including paint blending, panel refit and refinishing carried out by us.
The guarantee does not cover: subsequent accidental damage; corrosion originating beneath a repaired area (rust cannot be guaranteed by any ethical operator); damage caused by third-party work carried out after ours; or fair wear and tear.
6. Insurance
Auto Revive UK carries £5,000,000 public liability insurance on every job. Evidence is available on request.
7. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for any liability that cannot be excluded by law. Otherwise, our maximum liability in respect of any single job is limited to the value of that job.
8. Consumer rights
Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Scotland and any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Scottish courts.
